Foe Edge Fell Race

Description:
A short, steep climb kicks off this exciting race set high on the moors above Waterfoot and Cowpe. Along the way, runners are rewarded with sweeping views across Manchester and far beyond, while taking in iconic local landmarks including Cowpe Lowe, Waugh’s Well and Whittle Pike.
With stretches of fast, runnable terrain and some thrilling descents — especially in the final section — this route showcases the very best of the Rossendale countryside. A challenging yet exhilarating course that combines tough climbs, stunning scenery and a memorable finish.

The route will be well flagged but runners are responsible for following the route and their own safety.
NOTE: Registration will close at 6:50pm for a prompt 7pm start.

Location:
Registration takes place at Cowpe Village Hall. The race start is a five-minute walk from registration.
